• Support finance department staff with appropriate measures to reach the goals outlined in the Collins report, leading towards sound financial accountability and planning in Tisbury.

• Create and implement appropriate policies and procedures for the wastewater department leading towards stronger finances and clear management practices.

• Schedule Town Listening Sessions.  The decisions ahead require careful judgment and a steady approach.  Your input is needed.

• Bring back the Capital Planning Committee to work with the town administrator to produce scope and sequence for sound long-term capital financial planning using data driven analysis.

• Work with Tisbury Affordable Housing Committee and other housing advocacy organizations in order to cultivate diverse and attainable housing options. Use the newly published Draft Housing Production Plan (HPP) and the Tisbury Master Plan as guidelines to move forward.

• Finish work with Barrett Consulting Group (BCG) on the re-codification of the town’s zoning bylaws. Goal is to have easy to understand zoning bylaws.
• Prepare rollout for town meeting of 2027.

• Develop opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration.
• Encourage team building and cooperative exercises to reduce any negative effects of having town offices in multiple buildings.

• Strengthen the relationship with the Vineyard Haven Business Association. Attend meetings and share ideas via  transparent frequent communication. 
• Encourage cultural district activities with thoughtful permitting and scheduling.

• Build consistent communication with island and state entities, partnering with other municipalities to improve rollout of services, reduce redundancy and allow for cost savings for all taxpayers.
